If you prefer to use a credit card, the option to use a credit card is in the lower-left portion of the checkout page. You are not required to have a PayPal account to order.
Shipping is free within the U.S.
Indiana Residents will be charged 7% sales tax. Tax-exempt purchases need to be made using the print-and-mail form.
